Here is some important information in the event Serendipity is closed or is on late arrival due to inclement weather.

By 6:00am, if there is inclement weather, we will make the decision to either:

Close for the day
or
Delay start time by 2 hours to 10:15

You will receive an automated call by 6:15am or at 7pm the night before.

After 6:15am you may:

• Watch local radio/television stations
• Call our main number at (503) 761- 7139

• Look at our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/SerendipityCenterPortland/

If you do not think it is safe to travel in your area, or you have other safety concerns, please feel free to use your best judgment and excuse your child from school that day.

If we are open, but is unsafe to travel in your area, you can call and leave a message on our answering system (503) 761-7139 before 8:00am, or talk to our receptionist after 8:00am to report your child’s absence.
