Menolly Kaufman, PhD is a perinatal epidemiologist and the Director of Analytics and Evaluation at CareOregon, a nonprofit health insurance company serving Oregon Health Plan members. She has over a decade of experience in healthy policy, health insurance, and maternal and child health research. She is passionate about reducing systemic inequities that affect the health and well-being of families.
