	Chair: Stephen Carter Steve recently retired as the Assistant Vice President of Special Projects for Standard Insurance.He chairs Serendipity's Executive Committee.		Vice-Chair:   Jeff Austin Jeff Austin is an attorney and consultant who specializes in problem solving and conflict resolution.  Jeff is a retired partner with Miller Nash LLP, where he was Serendipity’s resource in school law. Jeff is a member of Serendipity’s Executive and Fundraising Committees.
	Secretary: Nancy Gonzales-Heer Nancy is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with Banner Bank.  Her specialties include financial lending and marketing, with emphasis in portfolio relationship management, financial counseling, event planning, and team facilitation.  Nancy chairs Serendipity’s Fundraising Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.		Treasurer: Dan Stancil                                   Dan is an Assistant Vice President in Stancorp Financial Group’s subsidiary, Stancorp Investment Advisers, Inc., where he directs business development and investment counselor activities.  Dan chairs Serendipity’s Finance Committee and Audit sub-committee, as well as sitting on the Executive Committee.

	David Alexander                 David is the Director of Licensing for NIKE.  He serves on Serendipity's Marketing Committee and facilitates Serendipity's Strategic Planning process.		Tim Dedlow Tim is a Finance and Business Process Manager who has worked in high tech, utilities, the public sector, and with consulting industries. Tim is a member of Serendipity's Finance Committee.
	Jeff Dick          Jeff is the Director of Business Development for Maxtek Components Corporation.  Jeff is the Chair of Serendipity's Marketing Committee.		Katy B. Dutt      Katy is the Director of Marketing for Boyd Coffee Company, managing a marketing team, research and development teams, customer service, and retail departments. Katy is a member of Serendipity's Fundraising Committee.
	Jeneé Gifford Jeneé is an associate attorney practicing real estate, business, and tax law with Miller Nash LLP.		Ron Gullberg   Ron is the Principal/Senior Project Manager for R.W. Gullberg Consulting LLC.  He is also a member of the Central East Portland Rotary.  Ron is Chair of Serendipity’s Capital Projects Steering Committee.
	Harriet Jackson Harriet is a retired school principal with the David Douglas School District.  She chairs Serendipity’s Program Support Committee.		Mark Kummerer Mark is Senior Vice President and Director of Investments at Morley Financial Services.  He serves on Serendipity’s Finance Committee and Audit Sub-committee.
	Matt Lempner Matt is an owner of The Strategic Alliance, specializing in all facets of business related to comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. Matt is a member of Serendipity's Marketing Committee.		Janet Moore    Janet is the controller for 22 Research Corporation, a private investment company.  She chairs Serendipity’s Resource Advisory Committee.
	Darlene Stutte Darlene brings experience in advocating for the needs of young people with developmental challenges. Darlene serves on Serendipity's Program Support Committee.
